Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use our website and how we deliver coordination services. They are general information*; qualified counsel should review them before launch.

Acceptance

By accessing this website or requesting information or services from us, you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Website and Information

Content on this website is provided for general information about Travento LDA and our services. We may update pages, examples, or illustrations without notice. Materials do not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or regulatory advice for any jurisdiction.

Nature of Services

Where we provide coordination or practical support (including applications, housing guidance, relocation checkpoints, or visa-related process assistance), we act as a travel-agency style coordinator unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Universities, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, landlords, and other third parties make their own decisions; we do not control outcomes.

No Legal Immigration Advice; No Guarantees

We do not provide legal immigration advice or represent you before authorities. Nothing on this site or in communications promises admission to a programme, grant of a visa or permit, scholarship, employment, or housing. For legal questions or contentious matters, consult a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or contact channels — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting services, harvesting data without consent, submitting unlawful or fraudulent content, or overloading systems. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security or other users.

Intellectual Property

Branding, layout, text, graphics, and other materials on this website are owned by Travento LDA or used under licence. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission except as allowed by mandatory law.

Third-party Links and Tools

The site may reference or link to third-party websites or tools (for example institutions, payment providers, or security widgets). Those services have their own terms and privacy notices; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travento LDA and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the site or reliance on information provided. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website or informal enquiries is limited where permitted to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or otherwise to zero if no fees applied.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travento LDA against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights — except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

The laws that apply and the courts or arbitration forum competent for disputes depend on the contracting entity shown on your written agreement or invoice. Where no separate agreement exists for website-only use, the operating entity will designate governing law and venue in its Legal notice (Imprint). Consumer mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected where applicable.

Changes

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where used. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires another process.

Contact

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the Contact options published on this website.

These terms are provided for transparency only and are provided as general information*. Before launch, have qualified counsel review them for your entity, jurisdictions, clients, and any regulated activities.
